SoBelle Homestead LLC does not sell your information. Any information offered by the customer and used on this site is for the operation of SoBelle Homestead solely for professional purposes, i.e. shipping via shipping services, contact directly from SoBelle Homestead to customer, if the customer has subscribed to emails, etc.
Members may unsubscribe from emails at any time, but may still receive notices from SoBelle Homestead regarding account or order information which is not a part of the voluntary marketing campaign.
Products and subscription orders are shipped Tuesday through Thursday. All standard orders will receive a shipping notice with a tracking number once shipped.
Returns of bath and body products are not accepted for health and safety reasons. However, please reach out to us via the "Contact" button if you have questions or concerns regarding your order.
Certain circumstances may warrant a refund, however, SoBelle Homestead is not responsible for damages to products due to mishandling by the shipping carrier or lost packages after the tracking number has shown the package has been handed over to the courier.
In instances where a refund will be issued, any shipping and handling charges will not be included in the refund amount.
