Service Description
Service includes collection of blood samples for small farm submissions to Sage Ag Labs. There is a fixed shipping fee of $65 to cover overnight shipping and all materials to keep samples intact. Price for testing is for each head. Non-refundable deposit of $65 required up front for shipping label which is printed before arriving, that way I can make it to the post office immediately after testing. Please pay the deposit online and provide the remainder at the time of testing. $65 does not include the individual tests. Please provide the following payment at the time of service: $10 - Pregnancy Test $30 - Biosecurity Panel Price is per head up to 25 head. 26+ may require additional shipping fees.
